The Red Lion pub will welcome Lola Gibbard, the Pearly Queen of Norbury, who’ll bring a dash of East End sparkle with her trademark outfit and Cockney charm.
Out front, the Overton Classic Car Society will showcase a gleaming line-up of classic British cars—from vintage Jaguars and iconic Minis to the timeless elegance of Rolls-Royces. It’s a real treat for car lovers and anyone who fancies a nostalgic stroll down memory lane.
And there’s plenty for the whole family too, with fun games for all ages and the chance to win some great prizes. So bring the kids, bring your nan—there’s something for everyone!

Overton is in for a musical treat this May as the Budapest Cafe Orchestra makes its much-anticipated return, bringing their signature blend of folk and gypsy-inspired melodies to the village. The acclaimed quartet will perform at St. Mary’s Church on Saturday, 10 May, promising an evening of toe-tapping tunes, heartfelt melodies, and a touch of humour.
