Over the festive season, Overton Radio will endeavour to keep you entertained and informed about what’s going on in the village.
We’ve begun our Christmas playlist, and over the next couple of weeks you’ll hear much more seasonal music as we countdown to the big day.
On Sunday afternoons from 2pm-4pm, join us as we play non-stop Christmas music in our Christmas Countdown show.
On Christmas Eve, join us for a festive party, which will include Elle Hack’s show at 12pm, and a specially extended Party Anthems from 6pm-midnight as we party the night away!
On Christmas Day, join Rob Francis for a very special show. He’ll be playing nothing but Christmas music, and keeping you company as you open your presents with your families.
We’d like you to get involved with the show, so if you’d like your child to get a mention on the radio on Christmas Day (which isn’t a bad present in itself!) get in touch with Rob via email at rob@overtonradio.com by the 19th of December and he’ll do his best to get your requests in!
After midday on Christmas Day, we’ll be taking a well deserved break for a week, but the station will still be on air playing great music and bringing you information for and from the village.
On New Years Eve, our Party Anthems show will be on air from 6pm-2am as we see in the New Year with nothing but the best party tunes around!
We resume our normal schedule at 7am on Tuesday January 2nd!
