Music lovers are invited to enjoy an afternoon of classic choral favourites paired with traditional afternoon tea at a special Summer Concert taking place on 20 June at St Mary’s Hall, Overton.
Doors open at 2pm, with the performance beginning at 2.30pm. Guests will be treated to a full afternoon tea service during the concert, including homemade sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and a selection of cakes, all served alongside a programme of well-loved musical pieces performed by the choir.
The event marks a major milestone in the history of Overton Choral Society, which is celebrating more than 100 years of music-making in the local community. Organisers say every ticket sold will help support the choir’s future, ensuring it remains active for the next century and beyond. Additional donations will also be welcomed on the day.
Tickets are priced at £15 per person and must be booked in advance, as admission is by pre-booked ticket only.
