Overton Rugby Club is inviting new and returning players, as well as volunteers and supporters, to become part of the club ahead of the new rugby season.
Whether you’ve never picked up a rugby ball before, are looking to get back into the game after some time away, or are searching for a new club to call home, Overton Rugby says everyone is welcome.
The club is keen to attract both playing and non-playing members across all age groups, from junior and youth rugby through to the senior teams. No previous experience is needed, with coaches and experienced players on hand to help newcomers learn the game in a friendly and supportive environment.
The recruitment campaign is also aimed at former members who may be thinking about returning, as well as players who have moved to the area or are looking for a fresh start with a new team.
Overton Rugby says the club is about much more than what happens on the pitch, with volunteers, supporters and non-playing members all playing an important role in helping the club thrive throughout the season.
