Overton Pubs Prepare for Late-Night England World Cup Clash

Football fans in Overton will have several places to cheer on England when they face Mexico in the FIFA World Cup on Monday morning.

The match kicks off at 1am, with three village venues confirming they will be screening the game for supporters.

The Old House at Home, Red Lion, and Overton United Social Club will all be showing the Round of 16 clash, giving fans the chance to watch the action together despite the early hours.

Meanwhile, the Greyhound, the Overton Memorial Institute and the White Hart have confirmed they will not be showing the match.

Anyone planning to attend is advised that entry limits may be in place, so it’s worth checking with each venue before travelling.

Overton Radio thanks all of the village pubs for letting us know their plans, helping local football fans decide where to watch what promises to be a big night for England.
