Music lovers are in for a treat next month as Emporia gets set to host a special Acoustic Evening in their garden on Saturday 5th July 2025.
The event will showcase a line-up of talented local artists, promising a warm, laid-back night of live performances ranging from country and folk to blues and heartfelt singer-songwriter sets. Taking to the stage will be:
- John Bird with his country stylings
- Tom & Gill, a folk duo known for their rich harmonies
- Celia, a rising singer/songwriter with original material
- Martin Wood, offering a blend of blues and Americana
The evening will be steered by Overton Radio’s Graham Oates, who’ll keep things flowing and spirits high.
Held outdoors in the garden at Emporia, the event features limited seating with table service and a free drink included in the modest £5 ticket price. Doors open at 7pm, and tickets are available from Emporia directly.
Organisers say the event aims to bring the community together through live music and relaxed summer vibes. With limited spots available, early booking is recommended.
