The Overton Christmas Market returns on Saturday, November 30th, bringing festive cheer, music, and community spirit to the Community Centre forecourt from 12pm-5pm. We’re excited to introduce our fantastic line-up of presenters who will be hosting the event and making sure everyone has a wonderful time.

Rob Francis

A familiar voice to many, Rob is thrilled to be at the helm of this year’s market. “It’s one of my favourite events of the year,” Rob says. “The Overton community always brings a fantastic energy, and I can’t wait to celebrate the start of the festive season with everyone. Expect lots of great music, laughter, and some surprises along the way!”

Kevin Ridgeon

Kevin Ridgeon is back and not only will he be providing some festive favourites, he’s bringing his legendary snow machine with him. “I love creating a magical atmosphere,” says Kevin. “There’s nothing like the look on people’s faces when the snow starts falling. I’ll be spinning some classic Christmas tracks, so get ready to sing and dance along!”

Alex “The Big Dog” Soto

Known for his big personality and even bigger passion for community events, Alex Soto can’t wait to join in the festivities. “This is what Christmas is all about,” says Alex. “Friends, family, and the Overton community coming together to make memories. I’m looking forward to being part of the fun and spreading some holiday cheer.”

Sam Carrington

We’re delighted to welcome Sam Carrington to the Overton Radio team. A new addition to our line-up, Sam is excited to make her debut at the Christmas Market. “I couldn’t be happier to be joining the Overton Radio family,” says Sam. “It’s such a vibrant community and I’m looking forward to meeting everyone. This will be a day full of festive magic, and I’m thrilled to be part of it.”

In addition to our brilliant hosts, the Overton Christmas Market will feature live performances from some of the area’s most beloved musical groups, including Overton Churches Together, the Cocktail Choir, the Overton Choral Society, the delightful Handbell Choir of Overton Primary School, and the talented soloist Sharon East.
