Get ready for a festive night of laughter, numbers, and a touch of Christmas magic as Overton Radio’s Rob Francis returns to his bingo roots for a special Christmas Bingo Night at The Overton Memorial Institute on Wednesday 26th November.
Rob’s no stranger to the bingo stage – before his broadcasting career took off, he was a bingo caller at Buzz Bingo in Basingstoke, entertaining people with his trademark humour and quick-fire wit. Now he’s bringing that same energy back for one night only in Overton.
For just £10, players will get their bingo books for the evening and the chance to win some fantastic prizes. There’s also a special jackpot game costing £2 to enter, offering the chance to take home a big cash prize just in time for Christmas!
Rob said: “I used to call bingo professionally years ago, and I’ve missed the buzz of it – no pun intended! The Stute’s always got a great atmosphere, and I can’t wait to get back behind the mic, shout a few numbers, and hopefully hand out some early Christmas winnings. It’s going to be a proper festive knees-up!”
The Stute is no stranger to bingo – it already hosts a regular session on the second Wednesday of every month from 8pm – but this festive edition promises to be a little louder, a little merrier, and a lot more Christmassy.
