Independent wine shop Caviste on the High Street in Overton is helping you get ‘buy Christmas wine’ off your to-do list next month.
The popular store which is 20 years old this year is hosting a Christmas Tasting event at St Mary’s Hall on Friday 10th November.
Manager Rachel McAlpine told Overton Radio, “We will start the evening with a glass of fizz and move onto sampling more than 20 wines, dessert wines and spirits.
“If you like them, then you can place an order for Christmas. We always serve some cheeses and artisan breads, which are a perfect combination for our wines.
“We have these tasting events three or four times a year in the village and they are always well attended.
Tickets for the event at £15 per person are available now from Caviste on the High Street, or you can purchase them online through their website by clicking here. The event which starts at 6.30pm runs until 9pm.
The store which also has an outlet and Spirits Room at Newlyns Farm at North Warnborough near Hook will be joining Overton Radio as a marketing partner. The hyper-local radio station will be promoting the store, its price offers and educating listeners in new wine choices.
