Residents in Overton are being invited to attend the Annual Parish Meeting next month, with an evening of local updates, live music, and refreshments planned.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday 20th May at St Mary’s Hall from 7.30pm until 9.30pm, giving villagers the chance to hear about local issues, community projects, and the work of Overton Parish Council.
Guests arriving at the event will be welcomed by a performance from the Overton Cocktail Choir, helping to create a relaxed and social atmosphere before the formal meeting begins.
There will also be cheese and wine available for attendees, offering a chance for residents to chat with councillors and neighbours while discussing village matters.
The Annual Parish Meeting is open to all residents and provides an important opportunity for the community to come together, share views, and stay informed about what is happening in Overton.
