Book lovers are invited to a new monthly social gathering at the Red Lion with the launch of Vic and Tash’s Book and Wine Club.
The club will meet on the third Wednesday of every month at 8pm, offering a relaxed evening where members can chat about the books they’ve been reading while enjoying a drink.
There’s no set reading list. Instead, everyone is encouraged to bring along a book they’ve read recently and tell the group all about it. Whether it’s a gripping thriller, a heartwarming romance, a fascinating biography or a classic novel, every recommendation is welcome.
The organisers say the club is perfect for anyone who enjoys books, conversation and a bit of gossip in a friendly atmosphere.
Vic and Tash’s Book and Wine Club takes place on the third Wednesday of each month at 8pm at the Red Lion. New members are welcome to come along and join in.
