Residents living along Station Road and Station Approach are being advised of upcoming maintenance work taking place next week.
Portals have confirmed that a contractor is scheduled to begin work during the week commencing October 6, with teams cutting back overgrown vegetation on both sides of Station Road all the way up to the train station.
Residents should have already received letters detailing the plans, which aim to improve visibility and access along the route.
To assist with the work, the station overflow car park will be open for one week only while the clearance takes place.
Locals are being thanked in advance for their cooperation during the short-term disruption.
