Dog lovers are invited to grab their four-legged friends and head along to T&T Pet Field and Café for a fun-filled day of wagging tails, competitions and family entertainment.
The popular Annual Dog Show returns on Saturday 5th September, promising a “paw-sitively fabulous” day out for dogs and humans alike, with a full programme of classes, activities and attractions.
The café will be open from 9am, with dog show registration opening at 10.30am. The dog show and fete officially get underway from 11am, with entry to each competition class costing just £2.
Dogs can take part in a variety of categories throughout the day, including Loveliest Lady, Fabulous Fella, Best Treat Catcher, Golden Oldie (over 8 years), Best Paw-Shaker, Best Puppy (under 18 months), Best Junior Handler (under 16), and Judges’ Favourite. The day will finish with the much-anticipated Best in Show award.
The Best Junior Handler competition is open to children under 16, who must be accompanied by an adult. The winner will receive a trophy and rosette.
Alongside the dog show, visitors can enjoy a packed fete featuring bungee trampolines, exotic creatures to touch, a bouncy castle, bouncy slide, face painting, hot food from A Bit Of A Do, sweets, tombola, market stalls, dog food and treats, and the Loki Pawtraits Pop Up Photo Studio.
Organisers say there will be plenty to see and do throughout the day, making it a great event for families, pet owners and anyone who enjoys spending time with animals.
With plenty of entertainment on offer, the Annual Dog Show at T&T Pet Field and Café looks set to be a barking good day out. 🐾
