Ska, reggae, soul & funk: A global DJ lands in Overton for one night only

An evening of vibrant music and global talent is set to take place on Saturday 12th July 2025, as internationally renowned DJ Olas Boss performs at the Overton Memorial Institute.

Originally from Kent, DJ Olas Boss has spent many years building a remarkable career, performing across more than 62 countries and becoming one of the few DJs to have played on every continent—including a memorable appearance aboard a ship in Antarctica. His work has taken him to a wide range of locations this year alone, with recent performances in The Bahamas, Seychelles, Japan, and Easter Island.

The event, which begins at 8:00 PM, will feature an eclectic mix of ska, reggae, soul, and funk—genres that Olas Boss is celebrated for blending seamlessly into a high-energy, feel-good experience.

This will be a rare opportunity for local audiences to enjoy a performance from a DJ of international acclaim, right in the heart of Hampshire.

Admission is priced at £2 for members and £5 for guests, making the event accessible while promising an evening of exceptional musical entertainment.
