The Overton Music Festival will return this summer, running from Friday 12 June to Sunday 14 June.
The three-day event will once again be hosted by Overton Radio, bringing live music, local stalls and a strong community feel to the village.
Organisers are now inviting performers to get in touch. Anyone interested in taking part on stage should contact Steve by email at steewill@icloud.com.
Plans are also under way for a wide mix of stalls across the weekend. Local makers, traders and community groups who would like a pitch are asked to contact Denise at deniste@icloud.com.
A large team of volunteers will be needed to help the festival run smoothly. Roles include event support, bar and kitchen work, marshals, artist support and litter picking. Shifts are arranged in clear and manageable two-hour slots. Anyone who would like to volunteer should contact John at treasurer@overtoncommunitycentre.org.
Organisers say they are looking forward to another lively and welcoming weekend and hope the festival will once again bring the village together with a real community vibe.
