Several roads in and around Overton will be temporarily closed on Sunday, September 6, to allow the Overton 5 Road Race to take place.
  • Straight Lane: 10.15am to 10.45am, between the B3400 junction and Polhampton Farm Road.
  • Polhampton Farm Road: 10.30am to 10.50am, between Straight Lane and Station Road.
  • Station Road: 10.20am to 12pm, from Station Approach for approximately 300 metres southwest along Station Road.
  • Kingsdown Lane: 10.30am to 12pm, between Station Approach and Harrow Way.
  • Harrow Way: 10.40am to 11.15am, between Kingsdown Lane and Ashe Lane.
  • Ashe Lane: 10.40am to 11.30am, between Harrow Way and White Lane.
  • White Lane: 10.50am to 11.50am, between Ashe Lane and Harrow Way.
  • Church Road: 10.50am to 12pm, between the B3051 Kingsclere Road and Bridge Street.

Traffic management and race marshals will be in place to help drivers and advise on alternative routes where necessary.

The roads will be reopened as soon as the final runner has passed through, so closure times may vary slightly depending on the progress of the race.
