On Saturday 27 June, local favourite Joe Stickland will take to the stage from 7.30pm, helping to build the atmosphere ahead of England’s World Cup clash against Panama later that evening.
The entertainment continues on Friday 3 July with Side Plot, a covers duo performing a range of well-known hits, followed by Take Two on Friday 10 July, bringing an evening of acoustic guitar favourites.
The programme concludes on Friday 17 July with Batteries Not Included, a band inspired by the classic soul sound of The Commitments and known for getting audiences on their feet. This will be part of the pub’s Wheelbarrow Race event, to be hosted by Overton Radio’s Rob Francis.
