People across the borough are being encouraged to donate essential items for women fleeing domestic abuse as part of a community appeal launched by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Festival Place.
The Overton Choral Society will bring festive cheer to the village with its annual Christmas Concert on Monday 15th December at 7.30pm in St. Mary’s Hall.
Emporia, Overton’s popular shop and café, has announced extended opening hours from today. The venue will now stay open until 7.30pm from Tuesday to Saturday, giving visitors more time to enjoy its relaxed atmosphere and freshly made food.
