Overton Radio will be providing non-stop coverage of the 2024 Rotten Hill Cup, taking place on Sunday May 5th at the Overton Recreation Centre in Bridge Street.
Here, you’ll find all the details you need for the day.
Timings (approximate)
- 1pm: Gates open
- 1.30pm: Small-sided Youth matches
- 2.30pm: Girls Match: The Junior Rotten Hill Cup
- 4.00pm: Overton v Whitchurch: The Rotten Hill Cup
DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE GROUNDS FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS
Bar and food will be available from Yum Yum caterers and Redfort Tandoori.
After the match, there will be a disco in the evening.
Tickets
You can purchase tickets here. It’s £6 for adults, £2 for children and senior citizens, and a Family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) is £12. You can also purchase tickets from The Red Lion and Paul the Barbers.
Please note: there will be NO PARKING available at the ground, so please use public transport where possible. Please park considerately on the day.
All money raised on the day goes to Overton United Football Club, Whitchurch United Football Club and two chosen charities.

We’ll be live-streaming the main match at 4pm on our Facebook and YouTube channels, as well as broadcasting on Overton Radio via our website, and on your smart devices. Our regular Sunday schedule has changed just for this day so we can bring you the best coverage possible. We’ll start with the build-up at 12pm with an hour of anthems to get you pumped up for the afternoon ahead. Rob Francis will be your host from 1pm as he takes you through every twist and turn on the pitch.
