As part of the Hampshire Highways’ annual programme of planned maintenance, known as Operation Resilience, there are upcoming drainage cleansing and investigatory works in Station Road, from Overton Dental Practice to Quidhampton Mill.
These works are programmed to start on 3rd July 2023 and are expected to last for up to 3 days, during which time the road will be closed to vehicular traffic between the hours of 09:30 – 16:00hrs. Local access will be maintained for residents and commercial premises where possible.
Whilst there is an allowance within the programme for delays, there may be times when the works are postponed at short notice, i.e., due to bad weather.
In order to help us to complete the work as quickly as possible, please ensure no vehicles are parked on the road on the days of the works.
