Programming
Overton Radio broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our current programme schedule is published on the ‘Schedule’ page of our website.
All our live programmes originate from our local studios in Overton. We use modern playout systems, meaning shows are pre-recorded or recorded ‘as live’ shortly before transmission. Presenter-less programmes are fully automated.
Music Content
Overton Radio plays a wide mix of music from the 1950s right up to today’s new releases. Core programming focuses on well-known hits from the 1960s through to the present day, alongside fresh tracks and occasional local artist features.
We also air specialist shows, celebrating different decades, genres, and community talent.
