A long-closed village building may soon be brought back to life by a group of local residents with plans to transform it into a vibrant community hub.
Police are investigating an incident of burglary that occured at the Spar shop on Greyhound Lane between 2.30am and 2.45am this morning.
The offenders crashed their vehicle into the building, damaging the front of the shop.
The shop remains closed whilst police conduct their investigations.
