The Overton School Association will hold its Annual General Meeting tonight, Wednesday 30 September, giving parents, families and members of the community the chance to hear about the organisation’s work over the past year.
The meeting gets underway at 7pm and will be held at the school, with the option to join online via Microsoft Teams.
The AGM will include an update on what the OSA has achieved during the past year, including how money raised through its fundraising activities has been invested. Attendees will also have the opportunity to help shape the year ahead, with a new committee due to be elected.
Anyone interested in getting more involved is also invited to stay after the AGM for the OSA’s first planning meeting for the coming year. The association says new faces are always welcome.
There is also an added incentive for adults attending tonight’s meeting. Everyone who attends will be entered into a prize draw to win free family entry for up to two adults and two children to the OSA’s Fireworks Night on Saturday 7 November.
