Country music fans are in for a treat at this year’s Carpark Fest, with John Bird confirmed as the latest performer to join the line-up.
John will take to the stage from 1pm on Sunday, 30 August at The Red Lion, performing a selection of much-loved country music classics. His set promises an afternoon of timeless favourites, bringing the sounds of Nashville to the heart of Overton.
He becomes the latest artist to be announced for the community music festival, which is raising money for Overton Radio and Test Valley Men’s Shed.
Carpark Fest will feature a full afternoon of live music from a growing line-up of talented local performers, alongside a range of attractions including food, drinks, stalls, classic cars and family entertainment.
More performer announcements will be made over the coming days as excitement continues to build ahead of the festival.
