An indoor market and car boot sale will take place at St Luke’s Hall on Sunday, 15 November, giving residents an opportunity to sell unwanted items and pick up a few bargains ahead of Christmas.
Organiser Hayley Taphouse has confirmed that the event will go ahead following an earlier message about the plans.
Sellers will be able to set up from 1.30pm, with the event expected to finish between 4.30pm and 5pm.
Tables will cost £3, with sellers keeping all the money they make from their sales.
The event aims to give people the chance to have a pre-Christmas clear-out, find a new home for unwanted belongings and discover some bargains in the run-up to the festive season.
Anyone wishing to take part as a seller is being asked to comment on the organiser’s original post to confirm that they can attend on the date and at the stated times. Hayley will then confirm their place.
With Christmas fast approaching, the event offers an opportunity for a little decluttering, bargain hunting and community spirit under one roof.
