For over two and a half years, Heritage Overton volunteers have been exploring the archaeology of gardens in use since medieval times. In September, when their dig season ended, they had explored in 5 more pits around the village.
The group are holding an exhibition to showcase their discoveries on Saturday 18th November in the Community Centre from 10am-12 noon.
