A big day of Easter celebrations is set to take place in Overton this weekend, with families invited to enjoy a packed programme of activities at the T&T Pet Field and Café.
The “T&T Big Easter Fun” event will run on Saturday, 4 April from 10am to 2pm, offering a mix of entertainment for both children and adults — as well as plenty for four-legged visitors.
Entry and parking are free, with organisers promising a relaxed, family-friendly day out. Activities include tractor rides, an Easter egg hunt, traditional egg and spoon races, and a “chase the bunny” game. There will also be face painting and Easter-themed arts and crafts to keep younger visitors busy.
A food truck and market stalls will be on site throughout the event, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The venue’s fields and café will remain open as usual from 9am to 4pm, allowing visitors to make a full day of it.
The event is also supporting a good cause, with funds being raised for Suz’s Charity Fundraising.
Organisers say the day is designed to bring the community together and offer something for everyone — whatever the weather, and however competitive you take your egg and spoon race.
