A Macmillan Coffee Morning is being held at the new Village Office on the High Street on Friday 25 September, with local residents invited to come along and help raise money for better cancer care.
The event will take place from 10am until 1pm and is part of Macmillan Cancer Support’s fundraising campaign, helping support people living with cancer and their families.
Organisers are encouraging people to come along, enjoy a coffee and do their bit to support the charity.
There will also be an opportunity to make a donation directly to the Coffee Morning by scanning the QR code displayed on the event poster. Macmillan says donations can be made quickly and securely using a mobile phone.
So, if you’re free on Friday 25 September, head along to The Village Office (the former Greengrocers) between 10am and 1pm and support a very worthwhile cause.
Come along and help do whatever it takes to support people living with cancer.
