Scarecrow Festival
Event Overview
The Overton Scarecrow Festival takes place on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th July 2026 and brings the whole village together for a weekend of fun.
Visitors can explore the famous scarecrow trail, enjoy a large craft and artisan market, and sample food and drink from a wide range of local producers and street food stalls.
Families will find plenty to do, including fairground rides, inflatables, face painting, games, and live animal encounters.
The event also supports many local charities, schools, clubs, and community groups through stalls, raffles, and fundraising activities.
It’s a full weekend of village life, creativity, food, and community spirit, all centred around the scarecrow trail running through Overton.
