Overton Radio is the local radio station for Overton in Hampshire.
Overton Radio was founded by David Harber, Rob Francis and Ian Urry, and officially launched from a classic red telephone box on Sunday, July 30th, 2023. Our mission is simple: to keep those who live, work, and enjoy Overton informed with news and updates that matter.
We play a fantastic mix of music spanning from the 1950s right up to today, only pausing when there’s something interesting and useful to share about what’s happening in the village. All of our presenters are local and know Overton inside out!
We’re not the biggest station, and we’re not here to control your mood – but we’re dedicated to celebrating everything great about Overton. There are plenty of ways for you to get involved with the station, so why not join us?
Our local news service keeps you up to date with village life every day of the week. Tune in for the latest updates from 7am to 7pm on weekdays, 8am to 2pm on Saturdays, and 8am to 12pm on Sundays.
In 2025, Overton Radio will be right at the heart of many beloved village events, including the Wheelbarrow Race, Sheepfair, and the Overton Primary School Fete.
