The Red Lion has revealed the first comedian set to perform at its ‘Live at the Lion’ comedy event as part of this year’s Carpark Fest celebrations.
Stand-up comedian Tom Elwes will headline the line-up, bringing his trademark quick wit and relatable observations on everyday life to the stage. Known for turning ordinary situations into laugh-out-loud moments, Elwes has built a loyal following on the UK comedy circuit.
The comedy evening takes place on Saturday 29th August from 8pm, with audiences set to enjoy performances from four comedians, along with a basket meal included in the ticket price.
Organisers say tickets are already selling well, with around 15% of seats already booked. Tickets cost £22 per person.
